Elämä Haltuun : Nuorten mielenterveyskuntoutujien elämänhallintaa tukevat www-sivut

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli edistää nuoren mielenterveyskuntoutujan elämänhallintaa www-sivujen ohjeistusten avulla. Lähdemateriaalin pohjalta on ilmennyt tarvetta nuoren mielenterveyskuntoutujan elämänhallinnan tukemiseen terveellisen päivärytmin kautta. Terveellisen päivärytmin avulla pyritään nuorten mielenterveyskuntoutujien voimaannuttamiseen ja oman autonomian lisäämiseen. Toteutustavaksi valittiin www-sivut (Internet-sivut). Vaikka nuorista mielenterveyskuntotutujista on löydettävissä paljon kirjallista materiaalia, kattavaa sähköisessä muodossa olevaa materiaalia ei Keski-Suomen Sairaanhoitopiirillä ole. Opinnäytetyössä pyritään tukemaan nuorten elämänhallintaa luomalla helposti omaksuttavaa aineistoa. Internet-sivujen tavoitteena on lisätä nuoren mielenterveyskuntoutujan elämänhallintaa osatavoitteiden avulla, joita ovat sosiaalinen tukeminen, päivärytmin muodostuminen ja aktiivisuuden lisääminen. Lisäksi tavoitteena on tuoda nuorille mielenterveyskuntoutujille tietoa näistä asioista. Opinnäytetyössä nuoren mielenterveyskuntoutujan elämänhallinta pitää sisällään niitä taitoja, joilla he itse voivat ylläpitää terveyttään, sosiaalisia suhteitaan sekä huolehtimaan muista elämisen resursseistaan. Tulevaisuudessa opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntynyttä Internet-sivustoa voisi muokata ja parannella, esimerkiksi lisäämällä linkitettyjen sivustojen määrää sekä sisältöä. Sivustoa voidaan täydentää muokkaamalla sisältöä eri kohderyhmille sopivaksi, esimerkiksi muokkaamalla sivuston vastaamaan hoitotyöntekijöiden tarpeita. Sivuston toimivuutta ja vaikuttavuutta voidaan testata, jotta niiden todellinen arvo nuorten mielenterveyskuntoutujien voimaannuttamisessa pystyttäisiin todentamaan. Tämä voidaan toteuttaa esimerkiksi haastattelemalla kohderyhmään kuuluvia mielenterveyskuntoutujia, jotka ovat sivustoa käyttäneet. Internet-sivusto kokonaisuudessaan löytyy liitteenä olevalta CD-Romilta. Sivuston käyttöoikeudet annetaan Keski- Suomen Sairaanhoitopiirille.The goal of the thesis was to improve the life management of a young psychiatric rehabilitee by the directions of websites. Based on the source material, there has arosen a need for the supporting of the life management of a young rehabilitee by the means of a healthy day rhythm. With the help of a healthy day rhythm the aim is to try to empower the young rehabilitees and increase their own autonomy. The selected way of implementation was www-sites (websites). Even though there exists a lot of written material about the young psychiatric rehabilitees, an exhaustive material in electric form isn't available in the Central Finland's Health Care District. In the thesis the aim is to support the life management of the youth by creating material that can be easily adopted. The goal of the websites is to increase the life management of a young rehabilitee by partial objectives, which are social supporting, the forming of the day rhythm and the increase of activity. In addition the goal is to bring information to the young psychiatric rehabilitees from these facts. In the thesis, the life management of a young rehabilitee includes the skills that they themselves can utilize in order to maintain their health, their social relationships and to take care of their other resources of living. In the future, the website that was created as the result of the thesis could be altered and improved, for instance by increasing the amount of links and content. The website can be complemented by changing the content to fit different kinds of target groups, for example by altering the website to correspond for the needs of the nursing employees. The functionality and effectiveness of the website can be tested, so the real value of the website in the empowernment of the young psychiatric rehabilitees could be verified. This can be implemented, for instance, by interviewing the psychiatric rehabilitees that belong to the target group, who have utilized the website.
